About Gen

Hi everyone, I’m Gen, I’m a Health and Wellbeing Coach and I live in Melbourne, Australia. Welcome to G.I. Gen!

I coach women and men who are looking to make changes in their lives, particularly in regard to their health and wellbeing. I am trained with The Coaching Institute and an Associate Member of the International Coach Guild.

Over the past 4-5 years I’ve lost almost 30% of my body weight, going from a miserable pre-diabetic size 18 to a fit, healthy size 8-10. My story is probably fairly typical and I’m sure many women (and maybe some men!) can relate. If you’d like a free copy of my Weight Loss eBook to get the full story, you can subscribe easily here.

The journey is by no means over. Like all of us, I am a work in progress. On this site I research the latest trends, and write about a range of topics all related to wellbeing as part of ongoing efforts to improve my own health and wellbeing and draw on this experience in the way I work with clients. I’m not going to present myself to you as some sort of poster girl for fitness, but I have come a long way, and firmly believe that if I can turn my life around like this, anyone can!

This is my life now, the way I believe it was always meant to be lived. I’m creating a new reality, and I invite you to come and join me in it. I have space available for new clients, so if you’d like to work with me please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Our first coaching session will always be free.

P.S. Please note I’m a PhD, not a medical doctor so I can share insights based on my own experience and guide you in making better choices but I’m not qualified to give medical advice.

    1. Hi Alesia, it doesn’t matter about not having twitter, pinterest etc. You have an email account so it’s better if we communicate through there because any comments you make on the blog posts like this are public for everyone to see. So email is better:) I’ll reply to you that way. Cheers, Gen.
